Instructor

Yvonne Larrier

Dr. Larrier is an Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling and Human Services in the School of Education, and is currently serving as the Department Chair. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified School Counselor (NCSC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and an Employee Assistance Specialist-Certified (EAS-C). Dr. Larrier’s ultimate goal is to educate, equip and empower individuals across the life span, geographic boundaries in diverse settings and in under-resourced communities, so they can become conscious problem solvers and effective life coaches as they co-construct productive and resilient communities and successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. The CSS Framework® and the RUMERTIME Process® are the tools that allow her to strive toward this goal.
