The aim of this Prevention/Intervention Coaches & Specialists training program is to educate, equip, and empower you to effectively work with children, tweens, teens, and their families wherever they are living, loving, learning, earning, playing, and praying.  GCSCORED's Institute for Social-Emotional Education (ISEE) strives to educate, equip and empower individuals across the globe with the necessary MARKERS™ so they can effectively utilize the RUMERTIME Process® for themselves and others in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities. Similar to the first aid that the author of this training manual received from being trained as a Junior Red Cross Volunteer for her physical health crisis years ago, this RPIC® training will educate, equip, and empower persons like yourself to provide social-emotional wellness support to children, tweens, teens, and their parents/guardians of all ages, stages, races, genders, abilities, statuses, and nationalities.

The course contains 60 hours of training and includes topics such as:

  • Child & adolescent social-emotional development

  • Culturally responsive interventions

  • Culturally responsive problem-solving strategies

  • Child & adolescent mental health critical issues

  • How to recognize, understand,  and manage issues related to family dynamics

  • How to recognize, understand,  and manage issues related to society and its impact on their lives and development.

  • Educate you about the CSS Framework®

  • Equip you with the MARKERS™ relevant to the RUMERTIME Process®

  • Educate you about GCSCORED's Mental Health Manifesto

  • Educate you about development across the life span from a multicultural perspective

  • Educate you about the social determinants of social-emotional wellness

  • Empower you with the MARKERS™ necessary for implementing the RUMERTIME Process® with self and others and across diverse settings
